Ingredients
- Just Egg (or egg replacer of your choice)
- Plant-based milk
- Agave or sugar free syup of your choice
- Cinnamon
- Vanilla extract or mexican vanilla, vanilla bean etc.
- Brown sugar
- Salt
- Flour
- Vegan butter
- Bread (thick slices like Texas toast, ciabatta, or French bread work best)
Instructions

Whisk together Just Egg, plant-based milk, agave, cinnamon, vanilla, brown sugar, salt, and flour to create a batter.

Dip slices of bread into the batter, ensuring both sides are well-coated.

In another bowl, beat eggs, milk, oil, lemon zest, and lemon juice.

Cook on a preheated skillet with vegan butter over medium heat until each side is golden brown, about 2 minutes per side.

Serve hot with your favorite toppings like maple syrup, fresh fruit, or powdered sugar.
